The Safari Chef is a lightweight, compact gas barbecue and comes with three different grill surfaces: a burner with pot stand, a grill rack and a pot that can also be used as a lid. The grill grate has a CADAC GreenGrill coating; a ceramic coating for healthier cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat reflector under the grill grid and the grill plate, the heat is evenly distributed over the cooking surface. The removable fat pan catches dripping fat, but also protects the Safari Chef burner from wind and ensures that the burner does not blow out. The fat pan can be cleaned with soapy water.
