IUoU charging booster 24V to 12V

Optimum charging of the 12V on-board batteries if the base of the touring vehicle is equipped with a 24V system. Cheaper than a second alternator and also optimum IUoU charge even for vehicles with modern alternator control. A battery isolating relay does not need to be used. Depending on the battery type set, the charging voltage required by the battery manufacturer is increased to reach full charge.
