PRICE INFORMATION

All prices in the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store include 20% VAT.

If the Matkasuvilad.ee store is indicated as the place of receipt of the goods, the transport cost will not be added to the purchase price, except for products of different sizes.

For purchases where the place of receipt is not the Matkasuvilad.ee store, the transport price will be added to the price according to the goods ordered by the Consumer and the delivery address. The parcel machine can be ordered with goods that fit in the parcel machine cabinets.

Matkasuvilad.ee coordinates the transport price added to the order amount with the customer before invoicing for the ordered goods.

Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the expiration of the payment term of the invoice made on the basis of the order (3 days after the invoice is made).

If the order has been submitted before the conditions of sale or prices have been changed, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relations between the Consumer and Matkasuvilad.ee e-store.

Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop reserves the right to make changes in sales prices. These changes are reflected on the website pood.matkasuvilad.ee

PLACING AN ORDER

Add the desired products to the cart.

To place an order, first click on the "View Cart" link that opens below the shopping cart icon, after which the system will open the contents of your shopping cart. When the contents of the shopping cart have been checked and meet your expectations, click the "Checkout" button. If you wish, you can skip the previous step and immediately press the "Checkout" button below the shopping cart icon.

After clicking the "Checkout" button, you will be directed to the "Checking and Ordering" page, where you can once again check the list of items to be added to the order. Before placing an order, please read our terms of sale and if you agree with them, fill in the box "I have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of your store.". If all the information is correct, you can confirm the order by clicking the "Place order" button.

If you have not previously logged in to the system, then choose whether you want to place the order as a guest or as a registered user. If you do not want to become a registered user of our e-shop, tick the box "Do not create a customer account" when entering your data.

On the Customer Data Completion page, fill in the required data fields. When registering as a new customer or making a purchase as a guest, read our data protection regulations and tick the box "I have read the data protection provisions".

If you have already registered as a customer, you can check your details and make changes if necessary before confirming the order.

After filling in the data, you can move to the next page by clicking the "Next" button.

On the page that opens, you can choose the method of delivery and payment of products that suits you. After making your selections, click the "Next" button.

After clicking the "Next" button, you will be directed to the "Checking and Ordering" page, where you can once again check the list of items to be added to the order. Before placing an order, please read our terms of sale and if you agree with them, fill in the box "I have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of your store.". If all the information is correct, you can confirm the order by clicking the "Place order" button.

Please fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page carefully, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided depends on the fast and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims.

Orders placed in the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store are processed on working days (Mon-Fri 9: 30−16.00). If the order is submitted on Friday after 2 pm, the order will be placed the following Monday. The same applies to the "I pick up the goods myself at the store" delivery option.

ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALE AGREEMENT

With the Goods Sale Agreement, the Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop undertakes to hand over to the Consumer the existing, manufactured or future acquired Goods by the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store and make the transfer of ownership possible to the Consumer, and the Consumer undertakes to pay the accept the Goods.

The sales contract enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer to the bank account of the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store.

Heidenline OÜ has the right to cancel the sales contract in case of an error price in the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store. Pursuant to § 90 (1) of the General Part of the Civil Code Act, a transaction entered into as a result of a material error may be revoked. Pursuant to § 92 (1) of the CCP, an error is a misconception of the actual circumstances. Pursuant to § 92 (3) 2) of the CCP, a person who has entered into a transaction may cancel a transaction entered into as a result of a material error if the other party to the transaction knew or should have known of the error and the erring party was in conflict with the principle of good faith.

FORCE MAJEURE

Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or delay in delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery of goods is due to circumstances that could not be affected or foreseen by Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS

Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop is responsible for non-compliance of the goods sold to the Consumer with the terms of the contract or defects that appear within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.

A defect in the goods which has become apparent within six months shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery of the goods, unless such presumption is contrary to the nature of the thing or defect. After the expiry of the 6-month period after the purchase of the goods, the Consumer must prove that it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect caused by the Consumer's own misuse.

In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the Matkasuvilad.ee e-store within two months at the latest, submitting an invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.

If there is a defect in the goods, please stop using the goods.

The repair or replacement of defective goods is agreed between the Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop and the Consumer. The repair costs are covered by the Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop.

In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address [email protected], stating the name of the customer, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

A claim for non-conformity or defect of a product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-conformity or defect of the product.

All complaints will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.

The consumer has the right to demand a reduction of the purchase price or termination of the contract from the Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop and to recover the money for the goods if the Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop cannot repair or replace the goods, repair or replacement of the goods fails, Matkasuvilad.ee e-shop does not has not eliminated the lack of goods within a reasonable time, the Consumer has been caused unreasonable inconveniences.

RIGHT OF THE CONSUMER TO THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE
